8- He hath shewed thee, O man, what [is] good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
Many religious today still wonder who these enemies are. And how they rejected and killed Jesus that was so good and only preached love. John says because they are against or in favor of Jesus, and his followers- 1º. John 2:
15- Love not the world, neither the things [that are] in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
5. 19- [And] we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.
Jesus confirms who it is because in:
15.18- If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before [it hated] you.
19- If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

20- Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.
23- He that hateth me hateth my Father also.
25- (...) They hated me without a cause.
Jesus will condemn, at judgment everyone that in all times, persecuted him and his disciples. Mt. 25:
40- (...) Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done [it] unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done [it] unto me.
As Jesus condemned the Pharisees of that time and blamed them, until the end in all of chapter: 23 of Matthew..
13- But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in [yourselves], neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in (Just as the religious of today).
