to give us the example,so nobody uses the Church or cult as a fashion show and show up vanity. Many kings and people have torn their vests, and cover with sacks, to humiliate in front of God and men, because who humiliates himself will be exalted! And who exalts himself will be humiliated!
Paulo, speaking about man and woman hair- 1st Cor 11:
14- Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? (Is it possible that Christ had long hair as they picture him? There are many denominations forbidding beard, mustache and long hair, where in the Bible is this?).
15- But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for [her] hair is given her for a covering,(is not a veil). Says that hair is an honor, it doesn´t say it´s a sin to cut it or lose salvation for that. (How would an African woman be, with her curly hair? Cut less? Or isn´t the gospel for all races?).
They are going to lose salvation, at judgment when Jesus says: “because I was hungry and you didn´t feed me; being naked and you didn´t dress me (suffering from cold)”; because many religious force women to use skirt or a dress in cold days, saying that pants are men’s garments. Is it possible that they don´t know that in the time of their formation of the Bible men and women used dresses? Women doesn´t have to take more care on the cold than men? But those Pharisees confuse, change the meaning of the gospel, right for wrong, they are worried to obey small things, while the big ones are forgotten, just as Jesus said: whitewashed sepulcher, on the outside. (Strain the mosquitoes and swallow the camels).
Paulo alerts us of all that in Ephesians 4:
14- That we [henceforth] be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, [and] cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
