In Ephesians 5:
 23- For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
24- Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so [let] the wives [be] to their own husbands in every thing.
(Everything! Not only in what´s convenient).
 25- Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
 26- That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27- That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
You can clearly see in these texts that man is responsible for his home and also for the church.

He´ll only be saved if fulfills his mission and be submissive in all to Christ; and the wife to her husband.
Outside that, there is no salvation for men and women. Any disobedience to God´s word, the consequences will be paid here, the rest only after the trial. Example: If a man commits adultery without condom, and gets AIDS, will suffer the consequences of his recklessness, but the sin he´ll pay with God. Jesus says in Mark 3:
25- And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
Fort this, if a kingdom, a house or a Church is divided in two heads, will fall. For leadership disputes, many couples break up. Besides disobedience to God, end their marriages and don´t give an example of submission to their daughters and sons; who many times, trying to imitate the head of the home (wind up imitating the mother), wind up campy, for their father´s
